What is your turnaround time?
The typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours following the photoshoot.
What payment methods do you accept?
I will email you an invoice and you can pay online via PayPal or any major credit card. I also accept checks and cash payments.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. I have photographed hundreds of listings. I know what I'm doing. If the home is occupied, please let the owners know what time to expect me.
If the property is vacant, make sure there is a Sentrilock or combo lock. I have an active Realtor's license and Sentrilock app.
What time of day is best for shooting?
The best time of day is when the sunlight is in the front of the home. Please do not schedule a time when the sun is directly behind the house.
What happens if it is cloudy/rainy/snowy on the day of the photo shoot?
1. Contact me to schedule a different day.
2. I can photograph the interior and schedule a different day for the exterior.
3. If it just overcast, I can replace the grey sky with a blue sky in the outdoor images.
